Nice country drive...Pop music and the smell of poop

So My two boys and I went for a drive fro home to K-W aea for an allergist appointment. The ride was nothing all that fantastic since the boys were paying in the bck seat and I was lost in my own thoughts (again) until we got to about Teviotdale (a gas station, a meat shop and a traffic light - seriously!). I switched the XM to Radio Disney which plays nothing but catchy tween pop music but it caught the attention of my post-toddler, pre-tween sons. They started bobbing and singing and it really kicked me outta my mental funk and started to strecth and a smile across my lips. I didn't think it could get any better than the smell of fresh spread manure slammed up our noises and it stank worse than a 30-year-old plugged toilet in a biker bar in arizona. It was that bad!!!

So you have two boys and myself, (some would argue three boys but that is for another day), trying to bop to the tunes while still keeping our noses plugged up tighter than fort knox and singing in a very nasal tone. This lasted about 10 minutes until Tristan (my 8 year old) uttered the best lines I have ever heard and then the whole car exploded with laughter. This truly was a great time of manly bonding with my boys and I will cherish this moment for quite some time.

What did he say you wonder! "I think I know where that smell is coming from dad..... Sheep Crap!!!" I took my eyes of the road to look at him in shock and he replied "WHAT?" I couldn't contain myself and completely lost it to laughter.
